MAH LAW CET 2023 First Round Allotment Out
The State CET Cell, Maharashtra is currently conducting MH CET Law 2023 counselling for 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB courses. It has published the seat allotment for the round 1 counselling on July 10. Allotted candidates can download the provisional allotment letter through their login. Further, the registration window for MH CET 3-year LLB has been extended till July 20, 2023 for MS/OMS candidates and till July 31, 2023 for NRI/OCI candidates following which e-scrutiny of documents will be conducted

What is Option Entry Process?
During the counselling process, candidates before accepting their seats have the option to ‘Freeze’ or ‘Float’ their choices.
Float option - If candidates are not satisfied with the allotted colleges, they can choose the ‘Float’ option. Candidates exercising this option are eligible for appearing in the subsequent counselling rounds. In case they are not offered seats, they can choose the previously allotted college.
Freeze option - Candidates can exercise ‘Freeze’ option to confirm their allotment and if they do not want to participate in the further counselling rounds. They will accept the allotted college and pay the admission fee. Such candidates will not be considered for further counselling rounds.
The counselling process of MH CET Law 2023 is carried out through Centralized Admission Process (CAP), in multiple rounds. The CAP rounds are held after the conclusion of the MH CET Law 2023 exam. Candidates with a valid MH CET Law result 2023 can register for counselling and seat allotment
On the basis of the merit list, authorities have released the CAP round 1 MH CET Law seat allotment for round 1. The seat allotment of MH CET Law llb 3 years and 5 years CAP rounds 2023 is done on the basis of merit cum preference. Candidates willing to accept the seat will have to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 1000 through candidate login. While accepting the seats, candidates can select either "Freeze" or "Betterment" option. If a candidate has been allotted the first preference, then the candidate must choose Freeze. In case a candidate does not get the first preference, then the candidate can accept the seat and choose "Betterment" and still participate in the subsequent rounds of counselling. After the first round of seat allotment has been concluded, the CET cell will publish the list of vacant seats for admission. However, there are some rules for admission in the second round. The details are as follows:
