CBSE Board Exams 2024: Class 10th & 12th Datesheet Declared

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the date sheet for the upcoming 2024 board examinations for both Class 10 and Class 12. Candidates appearing for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 board exams nationwide.

The examination period spans from February 15, 2024, to April 2, 2024. All exams, including both Class 10th and 12th, will begin at 10:30 AM (IST), ensuring a standardized start time for consistency across the board.

For Class 10th the main exams will commence on February 19, 2024, with Sanskrit, followed by Hindi on February 21, 2024. English will be held on February 26, 2024 and Science on March 2, 2024. Home Science is scheduled for March 4, 2024 followed by Social Science on March 7, 2024. The last two exams are Mathematics on March 11, 2024 and Information Technology on March 13, 2024

As per the CBSE Class 12th Science Date Sheet 2024, the schedule kicks off on February 22, 2024, with English paper followed by Chemistry on February 27, 2024. Physics takes center stage on March 4, 2024 followed by Mathematics on March 9, 2024. Physical Education is slated for March 12, 2024 and Biology on March 19, 2024. The final exam for Computer Science is scheduled for April 2, 2024.

Exams for the Arts stream start on February 19, 2024, with the Hindi Elective and Hindi Core papers; English follows on February 22, 2024, per the CBSE Class 12th Humanities Date Sheet 2024. March 2024 is set aside for core humanities courses like geography, political science, economics, history, and Sanskrit. The sociology assignment is due on April 1st, 2024.

The examinations, which cover a wide range of subjects important for students pursuing their class 12 and 10 education, will be held until April 2, 2024.

Here’s how to download the date sheet for CBSE Class 10, 12 exam 2024

• -Visit the CBSE board official website

• -On the homepage, click on, ‘Main Website’ option.

• -Go to the ‘Latest CBSE’ section, click on ‘CBSE Class 10 date sheet 2024’ or ‘CBSE Class 12 date sheet 2024’

• CBSE date sheet 2024 will be displayed on the screen.

• -Download and save the CBSE 2024 date sheet on your device.

Meanwhile, CBSE will not award any division, distinction or aggregate of marks in class 10 and 12 board exams. The official release from the Board state, “The CBSE is receiving requests from various person to intimate the criteria for calculating the percentage of the students in the Board’s examinations.”
