The Application Form will be available tentatively till the last week of March 2021 and will be available only in the Online Mode.

The Application Fee for PGIMER Entrance Exam 2021 will be as follows:

INR 1500 for General/OBC/SPON/FN Candidates
INR 1200 for SC/ST Candidates
No Fee for PwD Candidates

The PGIMER Paramedical Entrance Exam Application Form 2021 can be filled online by following these steps:

Step 1: Read the instructions carefully before filling up the application form.
Step 2: Fill in the required information and enter a password of your choice. Please note that this password along with the Application number generated will be used for login and complete your registration process.
Step 3: On successful registration, an email will be sent to the registered email id along with the application number. Login to the website using your unique Application number and password.
Step 4: Fill in the remaining details. For Example educational qualification.
Step 5: Upload your scanned photograph and signature in jpg/jpeg format only and other relevant documents in jpg/jpeg/pdf format only. File size of the Photograph should be between 15kb to 50kb, Signature should be between 5kb to 20kb and that of other certificates/documents should be between 50kb to 300kb. The online application system will not allow uploading files smaller/larger than the mentioned sizes.
Step 6: Summary will be displayed along with the total amount payable. Click on the “Proceed to Make Payment” link and make the payment online through Credit / Debit Card or Netbanking.
Step 7: On successful payment, a payment summary will be displayed. Print this page for your reference.
Step 8: Click Proceed to generate your Application Acknowledgement form and complete your application process.

Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)

The candidate should submit proof of Registration as OCI under Section 7A of Citizenship Act 1955 at the time of counselling

Employed Candidates:

The Institute does not have any objection if the candidates in employment apply directly for Paramedical courses. However, all such candidates should inform their employer in writing that they are applying for this Entrance Test. They should also sign the undertaking in the down loaded copy of Application form that they have informed their employer about the submission of the application to PGIMER, Chandigarh

Reservation

Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) & Other Backward Classes (OBC):

All candidates, irrespective of category may be considered against UR vacancies, subject to fulfilment of parameters for UR candidates. However, against the vacancies earmarked for specific categories (SC/ST/OBC), only candidates belonging to that community will be considered.
For availing reservation, SC/ST/OBC candidates should furnish Caste Certificate from competent authorities at the time of counselling.

Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD):

Five percent of seats shall be reserved for Persons (Indian Nationals) with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD). The reservation will be provided on horizontal basis, as per their rank in order of merit in the Entrance Test.
All one eyed candidates and candidates whose visual degree of disability is less than 40% shall not be considered as Visually Impaired persons and the provision for engaging scribe shall not be applicable to them.
