About

CUET 2022:  The CUET 2022 or Common University Entrance Test will be conducted by NTA for admissions into the various undergraduates, post graduates and research programmes offered at the 18 Participating Universities including 45 Central Universities.

Here we are covering only the Undergraduate Courses after 12th for which admissions are done through CUET.

The CUET 2022 will be conducted tentatively in the 1st or 2nd week of July, 2022 and the application for the same is expected to start from the 1st week of April, 2022.

The CUET 2022 will be a Two Parts Test namely Part A and Part B respectively having 75 and 25 Questions respectively. Both the papers will be of 2 hours duration.

CUET Application Form 2022:  The CUET Application Form 2022 will be available tentatively from the 1st week of February, 2022 on the CUET Official Website: https://CUETexam.in/

The Application Form is expected to be available till the last week of March, 2022.

The Application Fee for CUET 2022 will be as follows:

  • INR 800 For General, OBC and EWS Applicants
  • INR 350 for SC/ST Candidates
  • No Fee for PWD Candidates

 

  1. An applicant can apply for payment through net-banking/debit/credit card/UPI.
  2. GST and other taxes as applicable by Govt. of India/ Bank.
  3. An applicant can apply for three programmes from three Participating Universities (PUs) by paying application fee as mentioned above.
  4. An applicant can further apply up to 03 additional PU’s (03 programmes each) by availing Add-on facility by paying the additional fee as Rs. 800/- (Gen/OBC/EWS applicants) or Rs. 350/- (SC/ST applicants) for UI & PG Programmes and Rs. 1000/- (Gen/OBC/EWS applicants) or Rs. 450/- (SC/ST applicants) for RP Programmes. Online Application: On successful online application submission with payment of fees through Net-banking /Debit Card /Credit Card/UPI an automated e-mail and SMS will be sent to the e-mail ID & mobile number you have given in the application form.

CUET Eligibility Criteria 2022: The CUET Eligibility Criteria 2022 is necessary for students to read before doing registration for the examination.

The Eligibility Criteria is important for any examination because even if a candidate does not fulfill a single criterion of the eligibility criteria declared for the examination then the candidate is not allowed to appear for the examination or even after appearing for the examination and clearing the same the admission through the examination stands cancelled or void.

Category-1: Candidates who have already acquired 50 prescribed NSQF certification level in a particular industry sector and opted for admission in the Bachelor’s of vocational degree programme under same sector for which he/she was previously certified at school level.

Category-2: students who have acquired requisite NSQF certification Level but may like to change their sector and may enter in B.Voc course in a different sector.

Category-3: Students who have passed 10+2 examination with conventional schooling without any background of vocational training.

Category-4: Students who have qualified equivalent examination from polytechnic in the same field may also be considered eligible.

Students must go through the Participating Colleges and their seat distribution before filling up their choices for admissions in the counselling procedure. The candidate has a clear idea about the chances of getting admissions through this entrance examination after reading about the participating colleges in detail.

The Participating Colleges in any Entrance Exam also reflect the importance of that examination in a great manner as more important the participating colleges in an examination the more important that entrance examination becomes.

So, students must go through the Participating Colleges while applying for any entrance examination and do thorough research about the quality of those participating colleges in the entrance examination.

CUET Admit Card 2022:  The CUET Admit Card 2022 or CUET Hall Ticket 2022 will be available for download in the 2nd or 3rd week of May 2022 on the official website of CUET: www.CUETexam.in .

Download the CUET Admit Card 2022 by following below-mentioned steps:

  • Go to the official website i.e., www.CUETexam.in .
  • Click the CUET Exam.
  • Click on the Download Admit Card link.
  • Enter the Application ID and Date of Birth
  • Click on Login
  • Admit Card will be displayed on the screen and check all the details.
  • Download and Print the CUET Admit Card 2022.

The Admit Card is an important document and must be carefully kept by the candidates as it is necessary to produce at the Exam centre while appearing for the Entrance Examination and without the same, the Candidate is not allowed to enter the exam hall to appear for the entrance examination.

The Admit Card usually contains the details of the Exam Centre, Personal Details of the Candidate like Name and Date of Birth and other important information including the Instructions.

CUET Result 2022: The CUET Result 2022 will be published online on the CUET website: www.CUETexam.in .

Check the CUET Result 2022 by following the below-mentioned steps:

  • Visit the above-mentioned official website.
  • Click on CUET View Score Card.
  • Select the program applied then enter the Roll Number and Date of Birth.
  • The result will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download and Print the CUET Result 2022 for further references.

After the declaration of Result, each university release the separate merit list for counselling and merit will be prepared on the score of the entrance test.

Cut off:

Each university will release the cut off list on their website.

Admission Counselling

CUET Counselling Procedure 2022: Admissions are handled at the level of each of these Central Universities and State Universities for their respective programs. After the declaration of the CUET results, the respective Central Universities and State Universities will declare the counselling/admission schedule and merit list based on the weightage on CUET-2022 score and the other criteria of PU. Please see the website of the concerned university for details. There will be online admission counselling for some universities with additional fees.

There is no centralized CUET Counselling Procedure and the candidates will have to check the Participating Universities individually of their interest for the courses which they want to take admission through their CUET Score.

Once all the admissions into the various courses are over through CUET in the Participating Universities the classes for the 1st year of the new session will begin at each of the Participating Universities as per their respective schedule.
